Location was mind-blowing, near hospital and restaurants. Staff super helpful, co-operative, and spoke good English. Clean room, spacious bathroom, quiet sleep. Complimentary breakfast with yummy flatbread, hummus, egg. Jaw-dropping experience!

The staff were excellent, very polite, and always ready to help. The hotel's location is fantastic, within walking distance to important places like the hospital and the U.S. Consulate. The rooms were clean and well organized, and the basic amenities were provided.

Only minor improvements can be made to this hotel. The bed was a bit too firm for Western guests, but it didn't bother me much.

The staff, although their English was not perfect, was still friendly and accommodating. we highly recommend this hotel for a one-night stay in Jeddah.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to several places like a mall, hospital, and consulate. The rooms are clean and comfortable with adequate amenities. The staff is friendly and responsive, with one even going above and beyond to arrange a special breakfast request. Plus, the check-in/check-out times are perfect for quick stays.

One downside is that the bathrooms are not the best, and cleanliness could be improved.
